My mother is facing a problem. She can not breathe properly, complains of having chest pain and sweating. We have gone to PMCH Cardiology department but there system is so bad that we can not get doctors for seeing our report. please kindly explain me what actually the problem is.

It will not be possible to find out the cause of your mother's problem without examining her or looking at any reports. The symptoms you have mentioned could be due to some heart related disease and you should get an ECG, chest x-ray, Echo, hemohlobin, RFT, LFT levels done and consult a cardiologist. They may advice you to get a angiography or stress echo done based on the reports of the above tests.
