Im suffering with chronic itching on one of my scrotal sac since many years. It aggravates during humid climate and during journeys tends me to scratch. The colour of the skin on scrotal sac had changed to black. I had been using candid ointment though it is effective no permanent cure. Please suggest me best drug or treatment.
