Doctor I get an attack in which my face becomes hot and I am not able to walk properly like normal people do keeping their toe straight whenever I walk I feel off balance and my feet automatically comes off my slippers I feel everything is shaking while walking when I lye down I suddenly feel something is going to happen to me and feel like my heart beat stopped for a sec from past 1 year I am facing this problem whenever I stand in a cue I feel something is going to happen to me I sweat my heart rate goes fast and I feel my hand light and my hand shivers now I am afraid to go anywhere out of my house specially in malls because whenever I go I feel ill fall down and not able to walk properly please help me doctor I am fed up my age is 18 and my weight is 93 kgs.
