I am 42 year male. For the last 1 month, white papules have appeared on the tip of my nose. I have not used any medicine. What should I do?

The white bump on your nose is might be a Sebaceous Hyperplasia. This is a normal change related to ageing and not a sign of any disease or pathological process. Once formed these bumps are persistent and can be left alone if they are not bothering a person cosmetically. If it is then it can be removed with a CO2 laser. This will have to be done by a dermatologist. No cream or medicine is effective in this condition and burning it at home with a pin will not work as the bump will always recur. Consult a dermatologist to rule out the same.
