I am 35 years old. Dear sir/ madam my fsh levels are 64 and tsh 2.2. My hormone levels r high and my doctor has said that fsh levels r too high that have gone to menopause stage. My periods r irregular. For 2 to 3 months. I had one child of 6 years old. But now I am interested for getting second child. So give me any suggestion to have a child naturally. Thank you sir/madam.

Fsh levels anywhere above 10 are indicative of reaching menopausal state. Good to know that you have one child, if you want to go for second one, you need to take help of ivf treatment with donor eggs, that the practical way you can have second child. As you reach menopause, your ovaries stop producing eggs, so you need to take donor's eggs, and husband semen will be used for ivf. Otherwise pregnancy and delivery process remains the same. It is only between you, your husband and the gynaec, that you have taken donor's eggs, outside world doesn't know about it.
