And if on removing that tooth will affect my eyesight because it share some common nerves with teeth.

First of all I want to tell you that removing a tooth does not effect your eyesight at all. Its just a misconception in people. If it would have been the case then the older people with no teeth would have gone blind. Soo do not worfy about your eyesight. Secondly as far as your milk tooth is considered. The permanent tooth must have erupted by now (not at its place as there is milk tooth present but permanent tooth had already erupted near to that milk tooth) if you feel its not there. Go for an opg (full mouth xray) and your dentist will tell you the correct condition of the tooth and then you can go for its extraction.

No nothing like that. There is no connection between eye nerve (optic nerve) and teeth nerve (trigeminal nerve branches). They are supplied by two different nerve from brain. At your age of 26, spontaneous tooth eruption is close to impossible. Perhaps, after close radiographic examination, if the tooth inside is within normal limits of forceful eruption, can be done by orthodontic pull. Chances are very low. But as for your esthetic concern, it will be achieved since there are multiple options now a days. That milk tooth has very poor prognosis according to your history, but saving it or not is based on keen knowledge of dental specialist. So plead visit a dentist nearby.

Tooth removing has no connection with eyesight. So need not worry sir. Depends on which tooth and location. Take an xray and see if any permanent tooth is impacted and stuck below that damaged milk teeth. If it exists after removing of milk teeth that teeth will erupt. Based on your age ,chances are almost all tooth must have completed eruption. Also it is best advised to remove that damaged roots of milk teeth as in future chances are it may get infected.

Firstly its rare that your milk teeth are retained at this age, and even if they are retained they don't have much long roots to be get damaged. It might be your permanent teeth. Even if its not a permanent teeth, no teeth will erupt now. And its a myth that eyesight get affected after extraction.
