I am overweight. My age is 20 years and I suffer from obesity. I have done diet and exercised a lot but once I lose weight and then put it on. So what should I do now to lose weight. It is around 75 kgs and I want it to be 60. So I want to lose 15 kgs.

But avoid junk food, milky product, cheese, ghee and all, try to depend on fruits and vegetables, drink maximum water to get bowels clear. You can do one thing like take a cup of warm water, mix a piece of lemon juice and take slowly every morning in empty stomach.
