Hi I met with a bike accident and landed on left shoulder. I checked x-ray and no fracture or dislocation found. Now pain is not there but lateral movement of hand is not possible. It pains. How many days it takes to heal in this case? Do I have to go and take any anti inflammation tablets, Any particular food to heal faster?
