Hello, I wake up at least 5 to 7 times in just 6 hours of sleeping time what I should have to do for proper sleeping?

Exercise daily 30 minutes morning time. Don't take nap in day time. Don't overeat. Try to go in bed when you feel maximum sleepiness.
