Weight of body increases but near belly its more; why its happened? I want to balance it.

To reduce belly fat you need to start up your day with a glass of luke warm water. Include good amount of green leafy vegetables and fruits in your diet. Avoid eating junk, refined cereals and fried food. Indulge yourself in physical activities like yoga, running, brisk walking etc.
