I have pain in buttocks while sitting since last 15 days now. I visited a orthopedician and he did a physical exam. Range of motion is normal. I can walk on my heels & toes, do a forward bend or backward bend comfortably. There is no tenderness on palpation anywhere. But when I sit, my buttocks hurt and don't seem to be able to bear my weight. What could be it?
