I want to achieve my goals but l got anxiety and panic attacks so what should l do? And also l want make more strong to my will power ,plz tell me what should l do to get rid off it?

Will power comes when you have a goal in life. It is not easy to decide goals. So first decide small goals achieve them and then decide for how much will power you have to complete bigger goal. Also motivation never comes earlier, only once you have started.

Hi priya ,u should focus for your aim. Keep doing work hard and smart work too. Be calm relax do yoga always be happy n feel motivate you will get your goals n achieve definately. Good luck for future.
