Bleeding is due to inflammation of gums, common reason of bleeding gums is deposit/tartar. You can go for professional teeth cleaning (scaling).

Use of chlorhexidine mouth wash daily and botroclot uses frequently in some days bleeding stops and antibiotics some times.
Get scaling polishing done by a dentist than brush twice daily especially at night massage gums.
Bleeding gums certainly denotes gum inflammation due to various local and systemic factors. A professional cleaning will help. If problem persists longer than expected, go for blood test. Lack of one to several factors in the body itself is an indicator for bleeding gums. So act accordingly. THANK YOU.
Get scaling done from dentist and your problem shall be solved.
Hello Lybrate user, your gums are infected and that is this is the reason for blood in your saliva after chewing hard food. Normal protocol to treat such cases is a course of antibiotic and an antibacterial mouthwash followed by ultrasonic scaling and polishing (which is is actually cleaning of teeth surface). Any dentist can perform this procedure. Hope this helps.
