I feel tingling sensation in my whole body. Lately, my personal life was a bit disturbed. So, I thought it might be because of stress. But since the sensation is 24*7 and in the night, it does not let me sleep properly, so I started taking vitamin B also. But it is still not gone. So, for how many days should I take vitamins and what else can I do for this?

Taking vitamin B only will not suffice... Better take a multivitamin tablet with multimineral... And it will take at least 2 months...
