My age is 25. Height 5 ft11imch. Weight 82 kg. Unmarried.i am diagnosed with azoospermia of primary testicular failure. My serum testosterone from 2 year is in hypogonadal range i.e 221 ng/dl. My question is that can I marry in future and can have normal erection. Do I have to take testosterone therapy or I can live normal without it?

If you don't have erection problem now then it may not occur later but depends on many factors not only on testosterone level.

For long term health benefits, you will need TRT sooner or later. Before recommending TRT, I would undertake a thorough asessment of you hormonal and fertility. It must be borne in mind that exogenois Testos, has multiple health benefits but could negatively impact male fertility. Hence any move towards TRT should be made cautiously and under supervision. All this can be done online with occasdional support of your local physician as and when required.
