I have a swollen gum on left side of the mouth and difficulty in swallowing from left side. This started happening today only few hours after I had my lunch. Can I know is this something serious and I need to see a dentist?

Hello This is due to food lodgement in teeth and improper cleaning of teeth and mouth. Visit a dentist soon and ask for cleaning teeth. Maintain oral hygiene properly and use mouthwash after brushing twice a day. Rinse mouth with salt water after every meal. Wish you good health and happiness Keep me updated with the improvements Regards.
