Hello dear Lybrate user. It seems U have complaint of Lichen simplex chronicus. There are many causes of Lichen simplex chronicus of anal region. It may be due to Tinea cruris ,Candida (types of fungal infection, Threadworm (Enterobias vermicularis) infection. For ruling out Threadworm infection stool test is a must.
