I am 59 years wants live on milk as food please advise if any food supplement vegetarian nature for complete diet. With regards.

I do not know why you want to be only on milk. Anyways. If you have decided it, it will be better to consume Indian Cow milk. Avoid that of jersey and holstein friesian. Boil the milk very well. Consume it lukewarm. Avoid cold milk. If abdominal sounds trouble you, reduce the quantity of milk. Adding one-tablespoon pure ghee in a glass of lukewarm milk will benefit. Indian philosophy categorizes diet into three viz. Satvika, Rajasa and Tamasa. Satvika diet (Aahara) need not include only milk. If you follow the Ayurveda guidelines for Aahara, you will hardly be unhealthy.
