Hello in pregnancy ecosprin 75 mg is prescribed for only few weeks or for full 9 months. Pls advice I was 10 weeks pregnant and when I came for the ultrasound there was no heartbeat of baby. And I had D&C on 20th june .2 doctors told me to take ecosprin but one of my frd she is also doctor she said ecosprin hi not advisable for pregnant ladies. What to do pls advise whenever I will get pregnant again I will take care of all these thing .and pls advise me best gain in gurgaon.
