I'm 20 years old and not being able to sleep properly at night because after a few days I have a very important exam for which I have been preparing for a long time. I sleep at 2 am and wake up at 11 pm but my sleep gets disturbed at 6: 30 I know why and not able to sleep till 7: 30 What can I do to prevent this?

This will happen and that's very much normal..ur going through anxious moment...soo it's normal....just maintain ur nutrition properly...take high protein..carbohydrates..fruits,,walnuts,,almonds,,dates...plenty of water...fish...and ors...this will give energy..don't worry...
