i am 24 old .and height 5 ft11 inch. Weight 80 kg. Unmarried.my question is that if one person got detected with azoospermia with primary both testicular failure. Will he able to live alive if there is no sperm in his body and formation of testosterone .do he need any therapy or he can live without any therapy?

Yes one can live with low testosterone and no sperm. Sperm is necessary to have children and testosterone is required for optimal metabolic health. Testosterone must be replaced and treatment for azoospermia is personal choice.
