I am suffering from leukoderma. So,i started doing kapal bharti and some other pranayama. Someone told me to do this for 1 hr but when I starts doing pranayama, after 5 minutes it's very difficult to do pranayama. Please suggest me something so that I can increase my pranayama time.

Dear Mr. lybrate-user sir please try pranayama according to your body energy level, it is not mandatory to work for 1 hour or more to increase your pranayama process you will have to work on it slowly, in proper way so that it generates positive energy in you, after few days later you will find you are working well on it and on for more duration may be more then one hour also.
