I am a 24 year old female and I have cystic acne that is painful and stays for weeks only to give me hard bumps that stay for several months. I have noticed that it sometimes leaves spots and other days it leaves bruise like punch that shows from within. I have an oily skin and freckles around nose and cheeks and slight pigmentation around mouth as well. What should I do to at least get rid of acne.
