I sleep to much and cant get up in the morning early I always get up at 11 12 am or sometimes 1 pm so please help me.

Dear friend, you need to bring changes to your life style. You must go to bed by 10 pm. Do not sleep in day time. If you are under any kind of stress, that may result in such symptoms. Also deficiency of vit d3 levels or dysfunction of thyroid may be the reason. Please get it checked from a good lab.
