Now I am pregnant (2 months) what should I eat. What precautions I have to take. & I am suffering with backpain also.

You should take small & frequent meals. Do not remain empty stomach even in the morning. You can eat anything you like but it should be prepared at home& it should not be very spicy. Fruits & vegetables & milk are very good for you. For backache, watch your posture.
