It is not healthy to reduce 22 kg in 3 months. You can follow a diet plan which will help you in loosing 4-5 kg in 1 month. Start you day with luke warm water then after freshen up have a cup of green tea + 5-6 soaked almonds then choose high fibre options in breakfast like oats, oats idly, oats cheela, 1 slice multigrain vegetable sandwich or high protein options like paneer salad, saute paneer or paneer multi grain sandwich, then in lunch have 1-2 chapati + veg+ salad+ curd then in evening have jasmine tea + 1-2 nutrichoice biscuits then have a light dinner like 1-2 bowl of vegetable soup + salad. Do not skip any meal, drink atleast 8-10 glass of water.
