Hlo sir/mam I am suffering from allergic rhinitis since childhood. It's excess when I wake up. Doctor's prescribed me to take antihistamines but it's couldn't help me anymore. I tried everything to reduce symptom. I taking montelukast+levocetirizine for 2 years. Is it safe? please help me.

Hello, It is advised to consult an Allergist and get a Allergy skin prick test to find out the allergens you are allergic to. He may also start you on inhaled topical nasal corticosteroids for control of symptoms and may advise you about environment control measures to reduce the allergen load you r exposed to based on your skin tests. Currently allergen immunotherapy is also available for allergic rhinitis.
