hello she should take small and frequent meals at regular intervals along with regular exercise regime like brisk walking, cycling. she should include seasonal fruits and vegetables and sprouts in her diet. drink plenty of water. start her day with 5 almonds soaked overnight with apple and green tea. avoid sweets, junk food and aerated drinks. avoid zimikand, arbi, mango and cheeku. thank you
