I have a desk job and in the last 2 years my weight has gone up from 74 kgs to 84 kgs. I want to lose weight. Please help.

hello you can reduce weight with regular exercise regime and healthy balanced diet. take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. include seasonal fruits and vegetables, sprouts. drink plenty of water. start your day with 5 almonds soaked overnight with apple and green tea. avoid sweets, junk food, sugar, mango, arbi, cheeku and zimikand. thank you
