Ur front teeth moving at this young age may be due to traumatic bite where your upper front and lower teeth r touching where the pressure is falling on gums due to which gums r receding so kindly visit a dentist so that you immediately take the treatment.

Hi, tooth mobility in young age is a big issue. Mobility and gum recession is due to advanced gum disease. Visit a periodontist for its complete treatment. Regards.

There are a number of factors that can cause your gums to recede, including: - periodontal diseases. - aggressive tooth brushing - insufficient dental care. - tobacco products. - grinding and clenching your teeth. - misaligned bite. Treatment of gum recession- - mild gum recession may be able to be treated by your dentist by deep cleaning the affected area. - if your gum recession cannot be treated with deep cleaning because of excess loss of bone and pockets that are too deep, gum surgery may be required to repair the damage caused by gum recession.

Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical, gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person. Dental tips: - visit a dentist every six months. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush.
