Dear Lybrate user. I do understand. A sperm count less than 5 million sperm per milliliter of semen is referred to as severe oligospermia. When no sperm are present in a given semen sample, this is called azoospermia. In more severe cases IVF, or IVF - ICSI is done and is often the best option, specifically if time is a factor or fertility problems coexist on the female side. The Low dose Estrogen Testosterone Combination Therapy may improve sperm count and motility in some men including severe oligospermia. You must consult an infertility specialist in person. Take care.
