Well. You may be having food after much long intervals. Try to eat a small amount of food on fixed intervals. We call it as divided food therapy. Eat four times in a day divided which you eat in two times. Dont eat any thing junk whenever you feel hungry. Eat regular food. Avoid drinking water in between meal. And dont drink immediately after finishing your meal. Drink after atleast half an hour. Do not have must hot beverages. Like tea of coffee at least at the time of having meal. Try wholesome food like whole wheat chapati, vegetables, salads, plain rice with dal etc. Start daily exercise like 40 mins of brisk walking. But remember start slowly and gradually increase the speed and distance. Achieve 4 kms in 40 mins. Wearing a good quality branded light weight sports shoes. Thank you with regards.
