I want to reduce my execes fat in stomach. Is it possible? What kind of treatment is needed, if any medicines are there for reducing?

Start your day with luke warm lemon water, then have a cup of green tea with 2 high fibre biscuits. Then go for a healthy breakfast like oats idly, oats, moong daal cheela, oats upma, milk + musseli, in mid- morning you can take a small glass of butter milk then in lunch have 2 chapati +veg+curd+salad after half an hour have a cup of green tea then in evening have fruit chaat and have a light dinner like 1-2 bowl of soup + salad. Avoid oily and junk food, refined cereals etc. Do not skip any of your meals. Team Nutrihealth.
