Myself abhay jaitly, my weight is 97 and my problem is that I my obese and I have some stored weight on my chest and the main problem is that my one side is inverted and usually it comes out and it also comes out when I try with my hand. I want to know the reason behind it, why it automatically out and why it goes in. Please help, I need your help very much. Thank you.
