Hello this is a season of skin disease. We need proper history for better diagnosis. This might be urticaria or skin infection but still my advice is. Don't take sweet, sour, green or red chilli, fermented foods, cold drinks, cold food, cake, chocolate. If you it sweet than itching will increase. If you take spicy than red spot increase. So avoid that. It can be managed within 15 days of medicine easily. Do consult in private consulting thanks.
