My daughter 2.8 years age often complaints about stomachache; more often before passing stool. What can be the reason and what is the remedy.

Repeated stomachache is common in that age. If the stools are well formed, no blood & mucus in the stools, urinary symptoms you can ignore it. Give noworm suspension 10ml at bedtime & repeat after 15 days. If much concerned get ultrasound scanning done.
