Hello, I'm a 20 year old female. Weighing 73 kg. Height 5'3. I'm overweight. I started gym from this June only. I'm doing exercises. Cardiovascular + strength. Please help me with the diet & tell how to burn more calories to reduce weight/fat. I've soo much fat. Nutritionist advised me to drop 15-18 kg & be on the scale of between 55-60 kg. What will be the healthy weight loss in a week. Please tell. Your help will be appreciated. Thank you.
