Is vitamin e capsule evion 400 good for hair and skin? Have seen people putting vitamin e directly on hair and skin, for hair fall, pimples, scars etc by cutting and taking the gel like thing in capsule. Is that really safe and effective? Does it helps in reducing hair fall, dark circles around eyes and pimple pigmentation? Is that really safe to use as it contains methylparaben and propylparaben IP?

There is No harm in doing that but as far as my knowledge it will also won't do any good... it is best taken internally.. Vitamin supplememts are good as suportive therapy but with that proper internal medications are equally important. Homoeopathy is best. You may try B&T schwabe hair growth oil and shampoo as a start.
