I am vegetarian and a housewife my weight is 75 kgs I want to reduce 5 kgs please suggest what should you do. I do morning walk daily for 1 hour.

Walk for 1 hour is sufficient but it is important that you are doing it right. Like the pace and pattern of walking. Secondly the diet chart needs to be designed. But for that we must have your daily routine diet. As a gerneral rule you can follow certain things. Like chew your food as much as possible. Divide your meals in small meals. Drink more water, eat protein rich food, decrease sugar and salt intake. And What I personally suggest is the practice of visualization of the desired result. (Needs detailed explanation if you are not aware of the Law of Attraction).
