A doctor suggest me triclenz shampoo. And other one suggested arnica shampoo (homeo). Which one should I prefer? My hair is rough dry and wavy (curly). And wants to make them look straight and soft silky. Moisturised. Thanx.

Shampoos and any external applications do not have a permanent effect. So do not expect drastic changes. Accept the quality of your hairs you are born with. Get good nourishment ( only healthy homemade food with lots of fruits and vegetables ) so the roots of the hairs remain healthy. Learn some grooming techniques so that you can manipulate it and look great.
