Take 150 ml lukewarm water in every 1 hour (keep a gap of 20 minutes with any meal) Boil 5 gm ginger and 1 spoon Jeera in a glass of water for 4-5 minutes at low flame, as first thing in the morning. Take home made food, 3 main meals and 2 snacks per day. Add soaked seeds/ dry fruits, fresh fruits, herbal tea as your snacks. Avoid outside food, colas, hard drinks, White sugar, bakery products, Normal milk tea/coffee. Do 20-30 minutes exercise daily.
