Hi, am 18 years old male, want to increase height, so am following height program ,rich diet, exercises but have a problem. 1.i sleep afternoon 3-6 pm, and I sleep night 11-7 am, so I nap two times a day. My question is Am I getting enough sleep so as to increase HGH to increase height? I do fasting.

You are doing everything good. You should relax and enjoy life as it is in the present moment. Please accept the future as it comes even though it's your right to plan and do your best. Do not waste your time thinking about the end result because it's not in your hands. In case of height it depends mainly on a genetic factor which each one of us inherit from the parents. To reach that growth potential one has to support it with good nutrition, exercise, and proper sleep ( 6-8 hrs everyday ) and keep the mind cool by relaxing. So learn some relaxation techniques or yoga ( pranayama and meditation) as that can help the body to integrate all the systems and help you reach your potential growth. You need not sleep more than 8 hrs a day as it does not serve any purpose. Over sleeping and over thinking may in fact slow you down. After having done the best, and learning to make some corrections as and when needed, you now have to simply move on and work on your priorities and goals. All the best.
