Taking susten sr 200 twice and weekly injection clexane 0.6. Ist tym when I go for tvs n normal ultrasound only one sac is showing and after 2 days blood clot passed then go for ultrasound again where two sacs shown but one heartbeat. Then after 3,4 days blood clots passed again discuss with my doc she suggested medicines trexane, ecosprin, susten sr 200. Today I also done my b-hcg 207550 level and PT/INR. 12.4. She suggested after 10 days go for ultrasound.

Could be a case of twin pregnancy n maybe there is bleeding from one sac. Repeat ultrasound after 10 days but complete bed rest in the mean while.
