What you can do is, just write down some of the negative thoughts on a piece of paper as they occur, on the other side of the same paper, just substitute the negative thoughts with the positive ones. Initially it might look like a task to you, but eventually, it will help. Just do this activity and just before going to bed, read the positive thoughts to your self. Meditation and breathing exercises also helps. Try these things, take care.
