I am 19 years old and wanted to ask if masturbation if good for health or not. Cause I am facing hair loss after masturbating twice a week. Also I am facing hair thinning only from my right side of hair. Is masturbating causing the cause of my hair loss. If yes how can I stop or block DHT so prevent hairloss. Secondly I don't see my hair falling. But I can see my hair getting thinner and less.
