Develop a strategy that is comfortable for you. It can be like eating every 3 hrs. Have fruits and vegetables on daily basis as they contain low calories and yet have fibre and nutrients. Have some dry fruits ( 5-6) in between if you need energy. Do not over- exert as it will not serve the purpose. You will feel more hungry after the over-exertion. The food should contain a mix of everything. Do not eliminate fats and carbohydrates. Learn yoga ( Including pranayama and meditation) as that can bring harmony in the mind - body axis and also stabilise the metabolism. Do not worry, relax every day. Worrying may hinder your progress and so is unproductive. Have faith and enjoy your daily routine.
