I have too many flat moles on my face. What should I do. Is laser treatment is best for moles?

Most probably the moles would be Freckles. Laser removal is good out of available treatment modalities, but results may not be permanent as aging, sun exposure and tendency to freckles, may give rise to freckles in future after laser removal.
