I am in 5th month of pregnancy and my pulse rate is 160. Is it normal? my heart condition (heart ultrasonography) is fine, blood pressure and blood sugar are also normal.

Sometimes you can have increased pulse rate of pregnancy where no cause is identified. This is called sinus tachycardia. I would advice you get a complete blood count, thyroid function tests, ecg and echocardiography done. If these are normal then it might be pregnancy related but you should still see a doctor for further advice to bring the pulse rate down.
