lybrate-user, Ethmoidal Polypi have an underlying Allergic etiology which needs to be properly evaluated by a trained Allergist. You may need to undergo immunotherapy for the same. In the meantime, I would suggest short course high dose oral steroid therapy to shrink the ethmoid polyps if they are causing a nasal obstruction. This treatment is not without side effects but under the supervision of a good ENT Surgeon, these can be easily managed. You are welcome to come down to my clinic in Bangalore to undergo the treatment, but you will need to remain here for at least 2 weeks!
