Dear Lybrate user Your teeth could be weak due Hypomaturation or Hypocalcification. You need rehab for already damaged teeth and professional fluoride application. If its a sever form of damage to all your teeth in that case corns could be necessary. Only after examination and diagnosis a treatment plan can be formulated. Visiting a nearby dentist will be my recommendation.
Hello, Brushing won't help alone. You need to visit the dentist for fillings or other treatments required according to your oral cavity status to prevent further damage.
Get scaling done from a dentist.
Consult a dentist get filling or rct done as required n than caps brush twice daily especially at night.
