Your teeth could be weak due Hypomaturation or Hypocalcification. You need rehab for already damaged teeth and professional fluoride application. If its a sever form of damage to all your teeth in that case corns could be necessary. Only after examination and diagnosis a treatment plan can be formulated. Visiting a nearby dentist will be my recommendation.
Consult a dentist get filling or rct done as required n than caps brush twice daily especially at night.
